I’m not having much luck getting stuff done down in the basement. So here’s a doodle of a girl with sticks in her hair and a frilly collar. I need to practice doing more faces, to get a more stylized version that I can use for an upcoming comic strip/series.
I really rarely post work-in-progress stuff, generally because I rarely have stuff that doesn’t get done within the day I start it. But this is a work-in-progress that I started tonight, because I need to start doing more experimental stuff for myself. Because I learn a lot more and get out of my stagnant ruts by experimenting a bit more than if I just sit back and pump through drawings super quickly.
