There Ain’t No Party Like A Wasteland Party doodle/work-in-progress.

I really need more practice rendering things in photoshop now that I’ve got this obsession with doodling in CS5.

So, I decided to draw one of the many twisted aspects of the sense of humor of Fallout. Or something.
